Frontcountry camping stuff, climbing stuff. Details to be discussed with participants.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:

Let's go climbing in Jasper!

I have booked two frontcountry campsites (Wabasso campground), from which we can base our climbing adventures in Jasper.  Depending on how many people attend, camping cost will be around $75 per person for 3 nights, but will depend on how many people we have.

Carpool Departure Time:   08:30 AM
Carpool Location:   TBD

Notes:

I am looking for a co-leader for this trip who is keen to help organize and/or lead a rope team.

If weather/smoke are horrible, we'll cancel the trip and refund camping fees.  If conditions are marginal, we'll give it a go and see what we can get done.  If you pay and then bail, you are on the hook for camping fees unless we find a replacement.

Cancellation Policy
If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Rocky Mountain Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
