A few people have asked if I can show them how to post a trip to the Calendar. Rather than showing one person at a time, I thought anyone who is interested could meet me on Zoom and I will walk through the process.
This will benefit new trip leaders the most, but if you are considering becoming a trip leader, feel free to attend. If you are an experienced Calendar user, please feel free to join the call and share your insights.
We will also cover how to add people to a trip in the event they were unable to sign up themselves, and how to get a report on the number of trips you have lead over a certain time period.
I will send out a Zoom link to people who register - that way, we don't get "Zoom bombed"
Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Rocky Mountain Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
