Itinerary: |
SLEDDERS INVITED: This trip will be of interest to people with a sled or snow machine and those who don't have machines but want to access ski terrain with them, way in the backcountry. If there's enough snow machines and people interested further details will be available. I can tow 1 person on skis. PROPOSED ITINERARY: This is planned as a week long trip where we will chase powder turns with a few day trips based in Kaslo BC, plus 3 nights winter camping up Glacier Creek accessed by sleds. An astonishing area for endless powder skiing.
TENTATIVE DATES- the dates of this trip are not firm as yet because it will go when weather conditions are optimal for the best experience. I am trying to gauge number of sleds interested which determines number of people we can tow-in on skis.

Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Rocky Mountain Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
