The goal of this trip is to connect with community, centre joy, and enjoy movement, sunshine, and snacks against beautiful mountain scenery. If you're looking to shred couloirs or chutes - this might not be the trip for you ;)
Distance and Terrain:
This will be a chill-ish day of skiing on mellower terrain; more of a long uphill walk with hopefully a few turns. Expect early season conditions; there could be areas of thinner snow coverage with exposed rock, the ski-out could be on a narrow track with icy patches next to an open creek. Likely 15-20km round trip and 600-850m elevation gain. Specific location to be chosen closer to the event based on conditions.
