Itinerary:

Take your climbing to the next level by learning to fall safely and belay with confidence! Fear of falling is one of the biggest barriers to progressing in climbing—this one-day course is designed to help you overcome that fear while developing solid belay skills for both indoor and outdoor climbing.

Under the guidance of an experienced ACMG-certified instructor, you’ll learn:

✔️ How to fall safely and progressively build confidence
✔️ Dynamic belaying techniques to catch falls smoothly
✔️ Managing fear and mental strategies for controlled falling
✔️ Communication and trust-building between climber and belayer
✔️ Risk assessment and best practices for lead belaying

This course is ideal for climbers looking to push their limits, gain trust in their belayer, and build a stronger mental game. Whether you're leading indoors or preparing for outdoor routes, learning to fall and belay properly is a game-changer.

Required Items to Bring:

Harness, helmet, belay device (gri gri) with locking carabineer, shoes, belay gloves

Notes:

$210 for members, $125 for active trip leaders
