Rock Progression is a 3-day course designed to elevate your outdoor climbing skills and confidence on alpine rock. Perfect for those with a few days of outdoor climbing experience, this long weekend focuses on advancing your technique, building solid anchors, and transitioning into mock leading and multi-pitch terrain.
Led by ACMG/IFMGA Mountain Guides, this course emphasizes safety, efficiency, and best practices at a professional standard. You'll spend the first two days refining movement and technical systems before culminating in a guided multi-pitch alpine rock climb in the iconic Bow Valley, with a 2:1 guest-to-guide ratio for personalized coaching.
This is more than a course—it's a gateway to bigger alpine objectives, new climbing partnerships, and a deeper understanding of technical rock climbing in a high alpine environment.
