Ski mountaineering-Nobody typically skis these objectives but the main vision is:

1a+) Be safe

1b+) Have fun

12) Get up something and enjoy some views for a few minutes

13) Get some reasonable turns in

Required Items to Bring:

Ski mountaineering gear=ice axe, ski crampons

I've brought ski boot crampons so many times and have hardly ever worn them.  I think it was once on Mount Collie.  Frankly if ski crampons, boot packing and an ice axe don't work, we probably should not be there.
