The Rocky Mountain Section has booked the entire new 12-person Robson Pass Hut for three nights in August 2026. Priority will be given to active volunteers.
Day 1: Enter with bikes to Kinney Lake (~7kms), then hike the ~17kms to the hut. The ACC website states the trip is ~24 km with ~850m of elevation gain to hut.
Day 2, 3: Some objectives could include Tatei Ridge/Titkana Peak, Rearguard Mountain (glacier travel), Snowbird Pass, Mumm Peak, Resplendent Mountain (aspirational)
Day 4: Exit
Required Items to Bring:
Bike, helmet, food/clothes for four days and the fitness to carry it all.
Glacier gear depending on objectives.
Group gear: 40m rope for Mumm crux, first aid kit, bike repair kit, radlines for glacier travel

If a participant is unable to attend, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinators. Waiver and Membership Requirement
Participation in this activity is subject to you having a current membership and a current signed
ACC Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks Agreement (the “Waiver”), which is signed in conjunction with purchasing/renewing your membership.
A separate Waiver is not required. Your membership Waiver in place at the time of the activity will apply to your participation in this activity. You can review your completed waiver by logging onto your profile at alpineclubofcanada.ca. If your
membership renews prior to the activity taking place, you will be required to agree to a new Waiver upon renewal, this new Waiver will apply to your participation in this activity. By proceeding with the booking, you agree to the foregoing waiver terms. Bookings
without a current Waiver at the time of the activity will be cancelled.
