WAITLIST: This event is not first-come first serve. The goal of using a waitlist is to allow trip coordinators to purposefully include participants of varying skill levels and those who may experience barriers to participating in some group settings. We endeavour to offer an inclusive space for people of diverse genders and for cisgender women who are allies of the transgender and gender diverse community.

TRIP COORDINATORS: This is a recreational trip and your trip coordinators are volunteers, not guides. Every trip member is responsible for their own personal safety and has the right and responsibility to provide input into group decisions.

HAZARDS: Rock climbing is hazardous. Hazards include but are not limited to: falling rocks/gear/trees/debris; contact with hard/sharp surfaces; trips/slips/falls; human error; animals/pests/other people; equipment damage/failure; adverse weather events; unforeseen other circumstances. Helmets must be worn at all times at the crag.

ATTENDANCEIf you cannot attend, kindly remove yourself from the participant list before Thursday at 12 PM (noon) to allow others on the waitlist to join.

Cancellation Policy
If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Rocky Mountain Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
