The trip will involve class 4 and low fifth class climbing across the Huber Ledges (we can rope up) and roped glacier travel/steep snow climbing with possible ice sections to ascend Huber itself. The descent may require rappels and will involve downclimbing the ascent route.

Participants need to have glacier travel experience and crevasse rescue skills.

Please email Paul or add notes to your registration about your glacier/crevasse rescue skills experience.

The cost for the event is $40.00 each to cover the return bus trip and the bivi permit (Paul will arrange the bus and bivi permit).

Please be aware that the trip will involve risks associated with scrambling and glacier travel on an alpine peak that can include hazards include rock or ice fall, slips, falls and crevasses.
